Are you looking for a suitable gift that will delight your friends? We have revised our voucher offer with a new design and can now recommend three special gift experiences, whether you want to give a romantic evening, a relaxing time out or a flexible value voucher.
Our vouchers are printed on high quality paper and are available by mail or by self-collection at the reception. Brand new, you now also have the option of purchasing all vouchers as PDF files for uncomplicated printing at home.

Good to know
- Can I also purchase the gift cards on site?Of course, you can also get all gift cards directly at our hotel and conveniently pay with all common payment methods.
- How long are the vouchers valid?Our product vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. During this time, you can purchase the specified service at no extra charge, even if the value of the service has changed in the meantime. Our value vouchers have a validity period of 5 years from the date of issue.
- Can I redeem product vouchers for other services?Partial redemption, crediting or use for another service is not possible for product vouchers. Value vouchers, on the other hand, can be redeemed freely. Payment of the remaining amount is not possible.
- How is the PDF option different from the printed coupons?With the PDF delivery option, you will receive the voucher and invoice in digital PDF format via email. The vouchers have their own format and design for printing at home. You only need a color printer and paper in DIN A4 format.
- I do not have a PayPal account. Can I still purchase the vouchers online?To make the online payment process easier and more secure we use PayPal. Even without creating a PayPal account, you can conveniently pay by direct debit or credit card.
- What delivery time can I expect?We process all orders within one business day from receipt of payment. Since delivery as a PDF eliminates the shipping route, you should thus receive the voucher no later than the next day. The postal shipping is usually an additional 2 days.
- I have selected the PDF option but I don't see a download link?We process all voucher orders individually and manually, there is no automated shipping for PDF vouchers. However, we try to process all orders within 24 hours. After processing, you will receive an email from us with the voucher and the corresponding invoice attached as a PDF.
- Can I also have my voucher individualized?The included services, the format and layout of the vouchers are fixed, but you are welcome to design the text according to your wishes. For example, we will be happy to add a dedication for the recipient. To do this, use the "Message to merchant" field at the PayPal checkout.
